Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $39 within the United States. This discount is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. International shipping is not yet available but is coming soon.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at lunch-apples-3l@icloud.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at lunch-apples-3l@icloud.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
